The Dark Arts...no I'm not referring to Mr PotterI have recently fallen in love with a style of art known as 'Dark Art' or 'The Dark Arts'.
What is this style of art?
Well this is my interpretation...
Some of these pieces are obviously dark and have a level of macabre graphic gore/horror, yet the detail in these pieces is so beautiful that the gruesomeness of the piece is secondary to what you first notice about the painting.
The second style is less obvious. Many pieces appear innocent and in many ways kawaii/cute. However there is something within the piece that is unsettling and you find yourself continually drawn back to the painting in order to understand why the piece seems to reflect a certain part of your soul.

These days I found that I have a very serious problem with my health and I need to keep me in your prayers.

Wiki defines the Dark Arts as, "primarily a product of the 20th Century, dark art is an art style defined as that being "dark" or unsettling in nature."
